2nd tie
Cassinova Colt just left. This time the tie was an impressive 50 minutes long. This is great, the extra time ensures the sperm reach the eggs to fertilize them. Both dogs were exhausted after. Colts breeder and I feel that since both ties were so successful there is no need to do another breeding tomorrow. So bright and early we will leave for the 10 hour trek back to MI. I gave Piper a busy bone after to celebrate. Colt and her got to flirt more after, they really liked each other. I am glad I got to spend time with him, he is a very nice boy in personality and conformation. The decision was a good one and I am confident we will have stunning puppies.
