Piper's Versatility Trophy

I am attaching photo's of Piper's Dannyquest Trophy!  Kathy got it for us as a reward for earning the Versatility title (and Christmas).  The Tifari Contracts state if you earn a VC on your dog, we will buy you one of these bronze trophies as a reward.   I am happy I have one of my own now :-)  Thank you Kathy, it is a GREAT addition to my trophy case!

  1. How nice!! Glad to hear it is something within Tifari. I was about to feel RRCUS had slighted Aladdin for his VC. Great idea! I'll keep that in mind.

    1. HAhaha, Ron, I think a lot of people would argue with you that a CD is "easy" hehe.
Anyways, you have to be a member of RRCUS. Then you need to have 10 points from various performance events, with at least 2 different 3 pointers. The complete details are on the RRCUS.org website. I would be thrilled if you earned one with your Tifari Puppy!
Anywasy, Piper got 2 points from Conformation, 3 points for her CD, 3 points for her Field Championship, 3 points for her OA (open Agility title. Then she also has an additional point from her CGC and one for her HIC. There is also a VCX- Versatility Excellent, where you need 14 points with at least 2 separate 4 pointers. For earning a VC or a VCX, RRCUS gives you a HUGE Rosette and a certificate at the National specialty awards ceremony.
Tifari Has 4 Versatile dogs so far and I am confident Ruby will earn hers this year to make our 5th. It is a nice goal to work towards. So keep it in mind. :-)
